Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 we're doing a test fit of the Stromberg Carlson 23x60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is CC-100. It is designed to work with two inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here. Our ground clearance is going to be first. From the ground to the bottom of this bolt down here, we're going to have a bout nineteen and a half inches. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're doing a test fit of the Curt folding 20" x 60" cargo carrier. That part number is C18151. It is designed to work with two-inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Now, we already have it on our vehicle. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here, so our ground clearance is going to be first. We're going to have about 21 3/4 inches of clearance. Overall to the vehicle, we're adding about 36 3/4 inches, and our closest point is going to be about 15 1/2 inches away there. Now, on our Silverado we have a single passenger side exhaust. more

Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 20500, we're doing a test fit of the Curt Folding 24 by 60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18153. It has a weight capacity of 500 pounds and is designed to work with 2 inch hitches. We already have it attached to our truck, so the first thing we're gonna do is take a few measurements. Our ground clearance here is gonna be first. We have about 24 and 3/4 inches of clearance back here. more

That part number is C18150, has a five hundred pound weight capacity and is designed to work with two inch hitches. Now, we already have it on our truck. We're first going to take a few measurements. Our first measurement's going to be our ground clearance here. We have about twenty four inches of clearance down there. more

MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Crew Cab, we're going to be test fitting the Maxxtow 17X50 cargo carrier, part number MT70107. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our vehicle. You'll want to watch for the hitch pinholes to line up. With those in mind, you can insert your pin and clip. We're using today part number PC3. Sometimes it helps to wiggle the rack of the carrier around a little bit as you insert the pin and clip. more

MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 mt70108- Video
Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Crew Cab, we're going to be test fitting the Maxxtow 20 x 47 Cargo Carrier, part number MT70108. We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack, or excuse me the carrier into our hitch. This is an aluminum carrier so it is pretty light which is nice for when you're installing it. We'll want to watch for the hitch pin holes to line up and then insert your pin and clip. This particular rack does not come with one so today we're using part number PC3. Give it a little wiggle as we insert the pin and clip here and then we'll attach the clip to the other side.The closest part of the rack, excuse me the carrier to the vehicle is going to measure about 8 1/4". more

Today on our 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Crew Cab, we're going to be test fitting the Curt 24X60 folding cargo carrier, part number C18153.We'll begin our test fit by inserting the shank of the rack into the hitch on our Chevy. You'll want to watch for the hitch pinholes to line up. With those in line, we'll go ahead and take our hitch pin, we're using today part number PC3. Insert that. You may have to wiggle it around a little to get it in. With that in, we'll attach our clip. The closest part of the rack to our vehicle is going to be at the bar here. more
